Firstly they made us wait sitting in stairs of that building. There was no toilet facility. They were asking passengers to go to a toilet in a nearby petrol pump. Leg space was very good. Bus was very dirty from outside and okay from inside. Reached an hour late to the destination.

This was a pathetic bus journey ever I had, how Goibibo take on board such poor service providers like LK Eagle travels, we were been told that we would reach by 8 but the operator stopped the bus in Udaipur for more than one hour and he kept on allowing passengers to board the vacant sits and he was making cash out of it, it is the responsibility of the travel service company to ensure proper services for the passengers. It was horrible experience.
