Boarding time at palanpur was 2300 hrs but bus came at 2345 hrs. Whereas i was asked to come 20 minutes prior. I had to wait a long time at late hours of night on a roadside. Secondly there was no contact number of transport or bus number was provided. I had to search it online browsing of jakhartravels.com. Bad experience and i will not repeat the same.
