Worst Experience. No one should prefer Kallada. Travels like Orange & Evacay are providing excellent service these days. On the other side, you have KALLADA who never cares about the travellers. I booked for a KALLADA bus to Chennai from pathanamthitta. It was a connection bus. They dropped 5 of us in a remote area in Kanjirappally & asked to wait for the chennai bus . We waited for more than 2 hours. Nobody from the travels was there for a support. We were waiting on the middle of a road for 2 hours evening 6 - 8 that too even without a glass of water. It was raining and there was not even a chair also. terrible Experience. Irresponsible manageme.nt

No direct business from pathanamhitta. Air Suspension very poor. Old bus very poor performance. Staff very co-operative. Only plus point is staff co-operation.
