the bus has become rickety..and most of the time ac was not running...a harsh sound was coming from the engine was making all passengers uncomfortable....the bus ticket checker was rude to passengers and started misbehaving with one of the passenger. overall it was a horrible experience yesterday. service quality has gone really bad.
