Passengers were taken in other bus from salem to bangalore. Reason: that particular bus which started from Pollachi is travelling to Munar from salem it seems. They did this midnight 2 'o" clock. My wife suffered carrying 3 bags and also 3 year old baby at midnight. No one was there to help also (meaning she cant leave the baby alone and carry the bags to other bus). They committed that they will not go on Electronic city flyover and they planned suddenly at early morning 5 am and dropped her next to toll gate (not even near bus stop where usually other bus stops).
