This was the worst of worst experience of my travel life. I had booked a ticket for travelling from Pondy to Ooty. First of all , there is no clear notice that the bus starts only from villupuram, Because we are taken in a tempo from pondy to villupuram which is really uncomfortable. The drivers and the cleaners were ñot responsible. They were very rude. We waited for 3 solid hours for the bus to arrive. And after that when the driver was questioned about being late, he was rude with the passengers saying that he was stuck in traffic. But the real plight was that he took the bus from chennai at 11pm only while the estimated departure was 9pm .The driver argued with the passengers and we had to give up at last. Being a girl child, just think of the situation of being left to stay alone on the road for 3 solid hours ( 9:30pm-12:45am ) and that too with the accompany of mosquitoes. The travel agent at Villupuram , they are not responsible, they just hide somewhere and come back when the bus arrives so that nobody could question them. But the experience onboard was quite comfortable. But this would be my last travel with you. Thanks for the unforgettable travel with you people. Never in my life I'm going to do that again.

The connecting bus should have taken us to a place that had restrooms for us to get freshened up.
