Clean bus. The crew however was a bit rude. They were mishandling the luggage. We were also asked for Rs. 10 for luggage at the time of alighting

I have travelled many times by many other travels. This is the first time I have travelled by SRS with more expectation but it was very bad experience. The arrival & departure timings are not at all followed. The bus was supposed to reach Mysore @7.30AM but it was reached@11.45 AM which is too late. Kindly maintain proper timeline as it is there while booking online. Otherwise give us exact timiline which you will able to meet but pls don't give false timeline. Overall it was very uncomfortable journey .
