    Bus staff was pathethic, I boarded the bus around 5.30 from Rajkot. For the dinner bus stop at 12.30am.. wifi was working nor pillow cover was there, as well to was also not working... One of the bus staff was rude with every passenger.. overall service is bad

    overall ok bus no bedsheets as well as woolen to cover you at night for good sleep overall ok ok experience

    It was really very very bad experience ever in my life..I always avoid to travel via bus....due to they aren't punctual in time...this time it happened the same.. departure was done on time but bus drivers are taking a lots of local passengers to earned some extra income...I hv no objection for his additional income but due to this we were running late...also bus r carrying lots of parcels, goods etc on the upper side...due to this in the morning near Vasai fata it tools the Hault for an hour...we were already late running by more then 2 hours and due to this I really upsets...I took the cab and went for home separately....
