I have booked a sleeper bus (but they sent a semi sleeper) from Ramanathapuram to Bangalore. The journey date and time is 28th December 08:15 PM. I got a message stating that the bus is delayed for 2 hours. After that they have sent me a semi sleeper bus with worst seats and AC ducts were broken. When asked about the reimbursement for the change in bus booked (sleeper to semi sleeper) we have received a very harsh and unethical reply from KPN end. So please coordinate with them and provide us a justice for all the passengers who have travelled on that day
