    It was a very bad experience. Bus started on time but very rash drivingby the driverand bus stopped around 4.30 AM somewhere in the mid of a pace. Worst seating interior and worst bus ever inmy life. Universal should give preference to thenon ac buses too. Pls improve

    I experienced their responsibility to reach us safely while travelling between devakottai n karaikidy. The road was so bad but they didn't take any risk as government bus did. They drove us carefully.
