    They don't have sense of time. On board, they have mobile charging points but they don't give the power supply to those points. When asked about it they boldly said NO.

    Tiny seats, less Comfort, the place they stoped for dinner is disgusting. Worst food and very worst rest rooms. That is main reason to hate this bus.

    after a long day, it was a relaxing journey, Comminiction was not so good with the staff.

    AC duct not working properly.... Language issue with the team.... Break journey motel or hotel are worst.... Delay start from chennai....

    Bus was late by over an hour and there was no proper explanation from the team. Seats are in worse condition.

    Nice travelling. They keep timing as per the chart. Pickup me at 7:20 p.m and drop me at 5:19 in the early moring. They surpised me by provide along with a small water bottle as complementary.. Overall extra ordinary service.

    We are not satisfied with the bus service. No TV, Music's etc. Hospitality of the driver is very poor.
