Driver was sleeping over my berth and refused to change the linen or the blanket, though he has been using it. Very unpolite people . I strongly recommend not to use KOMITLA TRAVELS.

This is third time in two months this SRS service is delayed for more than 2 Hours in arrival time. I missed office for half day every time i take this bus. Onbaording is just 15mins delay but reaching bangalore is 2.5 hours delay. The drivers are giving excuse that at midnight there is traffice jam which is absolutly false statements they are giving to the passengers.

Except the stop over for dinner, rest all good. The food quality is horrible. I had upset stomach after having dinner last night. Please stop at a place where we can have good number of options and quality food. 2 rating only to highlight this issue. Otherwise I'm pretty satisfied with the service. Hope they maintain the same in future travels.
