Bus was cancelled and goibibo is not aware of it. And there is no update on any refund from goibibo. Please look into it and refund the money as soon as possible. It's been a very bad experience with goibibo.

Bus was late by 30 mins. I was asked to come to their office which was located in the outskirts instead of of actual boarding point near new bus stand. No blanket was provided. Lots of dust in the bed and curtains.
