The name SRM because of this only i booked and been travelled too . The amenities of bus and quality are all satisfies but the some **** culprit such as driver and cleaner are really not good. If there is all seats got booked there would be no problem otherwise they will stop wherever they want to fill all the seats so because of these guys i could not reached their mentioned time. They delayed 2 hours, it was really ridiculous. This was really because of only drivers and cleaner other than bus quality alright.

The bus operator was not sure if they will be operating the Service. They were changing the boarding point. The bus was late and no information was given to me.
