Our Bus VRL VOLVO MULTI AXLE wit number KA 25 D 1398 bus started bit late(20minutes) due to an issue with lady passenger for seating arrangement but point is he reached destination on time(8am) staff behaviour was pretty good and he was friendly to stop the bus at unexpected stops also, bus ineriors were not upto mark no water bottle, leather seats instead of cushion seats, AC vents has to be repaired since when the bus moves on humps or speed breaker those vents slowly closes and shuts the AC and every 30minutes we have to again open the vents, driver stopped twice for refuel which took 20mins each time doesn't matter becasue VRL has hired young and committed drivers they cope up to reach the destination on time. Thanks to VRL and thanks to drivers to taking us safe to our destination
