Bad experience No response from them while boarding Same seats were booked by different passengers. They came with stories that the seats at Madurai though my boarding is sivakasi. They are not sync with online booking. They were just swapping passengers from seat to seat and bus to bus. Not only for me it happened almost 5 passengers on my trip. Quality is too worse as staff behaviour is non professional

I will never ever book this travels again..One of the worst travels. The staff are rude to the passengers. They are not on time and uses to stop at madurai for more than 2 hrs to fill the tickest. The quality of the bus is too worst. My personal suggestion is not to use this travels again..
