Bus is very nice. Worst thing is bus stopped in Madurai bus stand for more than 1 hour to collect more passengers, waste of time, driver's answer is annoying for my question regarding this. I am not sure how they reach chennai by morning 6.30. Bus fully loaded with mosquitoes at Madurai bus stand instead of passengers..

Screen can be in cloth material to avoid road lights light coming inside. There can be a partition door in between driver cabin and passengers to avoid bus horn sound coming inside which is very much disturbing. It is very loud. Bed can be little comfortable. I felt little uncomfortable. Can provide a water bottle to the passengers would be nice. Leaning type bed is good to use while we sit. There is 15 minutes delay in pickup.
