    The bus was sleeper did not provide any blanket or any water. Bus came in late by 1 hour. For my fellow passengers pleasE carry a bedsheets or light blanket for yourself if u are taking this bus.

    they change the bus at trichy..atleast they drop the passenger near to office or boarding point. I know the office place so I guide to other passengers so no probs.. heavy luggage passenger suffer lots .. rkt give service depends on price..

    Bus and seat condition is very worst I have ever seen. And also the staff behaviour, they didn't allow to keep the luggage on luggage location rather they forced us to keep on the seat itself. Very worst... screens are teared, beds are full of dust. I didn't expect this from kpn service

    The Bus stops all the in-between cities and they don't take the bypass roads. Covered all cities. Arrival 1 and half hour delayed.

    please don't prefer this travels. u will regret. waiting 2 hrs with baby late night for this bus. provided semi sleeper instead of sleeper
