    very worst services I ever seen. NO proper communications. Bus is not on time. I waited more than 2hours with my family. Here after I will never travel with universal bus. Advice to all - please don't choose this universal travels at any situation. It waste cost and time

    Bus should arrive on time.. always arriving 30 to 45mins late. Rest is good
