The worst bus service I have ever experienced. The bus did not come to Tiruchencode to pick me up, even after one hour of departure time. Only after enquiry by phone I was told that the bus had been cancelled for the day. This will be the first and the last time I will ever book with this Travel agency. I will not recommend it to anyone. They don't even have the courtesy to give information to the customer.
