    The service is primarily for parcels and then for passengers, they take their own sweet time for loading and unloading parcels, better avoid such services in case you need to reach the destination on time with some tight schedules. As I experienced almost all the Non-AC Sleeper services are same in handling passengers irrespective of service providers.

    They cancelled the bus at the last moment so I struggled a lot to get another bus as it was weekend, They not even arranged alternate bus.

    1. It reached the starting point late. 2. It reached the destination very late. 3. A/C ??? was it there 4. Bad driving. I was on the second last row bed and had to jump and balance for every hump until I get used to. 5. I slept and could not get down at Silk board. Was dropped in Kalasipalyam

    Bus quality was just ok. There was no stop over even for washroom break. Seats were not comfortable, legs were getting hurt by the pushed back front seat
