    The entire journey was so bumpy and bad. The driver applied brakes abruptly many times and it was a very uncomfortable journey. The a/c make a lot of noise.

    Overall bus quality was good. There was no pillow on our seat but when we informed the driver he managed to arrange it.

    they changed the bus at the last moment without prior information.!! and gave me a different seat at the last while i had initially booked the middle upper sleeper birth.. this is totally not acceptable..!! hence the 1 star rating

    Bus staff should be more informative in giving out BREAK details so that everone is informed of the BREAK timing. Some kept waiting to hear from the staff as they told they will inform once the BUS stops for a short break.

    It was an pathetic experience ! Bus kept on changing from on to another. Bus stopped at a place for almost 1 to 2 hour. Bus reached very late to Bangalore ! Messed up my monday ! Horrible Service Ever !

    The driver was turning off AC again and again despite of reminding him, and this in turns created suffocation inside the bus.

    Bus was clean and air suspension was good in condition. Regarding arrival: bus did not reach Bangalore on time that is 5:45 mentioned. Bus reached at 6:30 instead

    Easy to find. bus came in time. Stopover was not up to the standards. Reached late because of some road jam. Cold and the window didn't close properly
