Worst bus I ever traveled in. First of all there is no proper stop in vadodara, we had to call multiple times to identify the travels office and when we found that it was with some other name which was not mentioned in our ticket. Then the bus was not on time approx 1.5 hr late and the travel company didn't even bothered to send a sms. Then finally when bus arrived, there was confusion of seats, we were 5 friends travelling to jaisalmer and we booked our tickets online but the bus conductor was not having our details. He allotted the same seats to someone else as well. We had to fight for our seats in running bus. And we got last seats in bus. Why the hell did we booked front seats in advance. He even refused to give our money back. ..Then he stopped bus at some hotel where there is no washroom to go for ladies. Pathetic. I would never recommend anyone for this travels.
