parveen non AC buses. very painful ride. seats push back not working, unable to open window. bus was made out of trash can I think. windows was making noise unable to sleep, total bus was making a heavy grumbling noise in speed breakers, It felt like it will break down in half at any moment. my boarding point was in SRS petrol bunk and we walked from velankanni picnic hotel in a dark road with my wife and 1 year old child in rain to get that bus. while universal buses boarding point were at the main place. I suggest people to choose universal..............
