Overall the experience was good. As I was 76 years old lady, wheel chair facility was availed. But no wheel chair facility was arranged by Air India staff at Indira Gandhi Airport, Delhi. Whereas, at Melbourne airport their services were far far better. I have approached staff but of no avail. Mrs. Phoolkali Panwar

I always try to prefer air India whenever I travel to international (specially) or domestic . Why ? 1. Indian atmosphere 2. Indian food 3. Dreamliner ( Melbourne to Delhi nonstop) 4. Patriotic feeling I ignore small things for big reason so no any negative about air India
