  • Birla Mandir

    Hyderabad is the brainchild of Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah of Qutb Shahi dynasty. It later went to the hands of Mughal viceroy Asif Jah I, who created his own dyansty which in known till today as the Nizams of Hyderabad. The relics of Qutb Shahi and Nizmas are still visible everywhere in Hyderabad and amidst those masterpieces, symbols of Hindu religion are also seen to exist in harmony.

  • Golconda Fort

    At a distance of 11km to the west of Hyderabad, rests the historic Golconda Fort, which was once known to be a landmark that governed the destiny of South India. It is one of biggest fortress in the Deccan Plateau that rests above the land at approximately 400 ft. altitude. From the Kakatiyas of Warangal to the Baihmanis and from Qutb Shahi kings later to Aurangazeb, the fort served all the dynasties that ruled Hyderabad during the past.

    An attraction every tourist would love, irrespective of their preference in religious, cultural or historical places in Hyderabad, is undoubtedly the Lumbini Park, located along the shore of Hyderabad's famous Hussain Sagar Lake. Established in 1994 under Buddha Poornima project by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority, it gets in name from the birthplace of Lord Buddha. The park showcases some really wonderful variety of seasonal flowering plants and numerous cacti.
