  • ISKCON Temple

    Located at Hare Krishna Hill, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, ISKCON Temple is one of the most popular tourist attractions of New Delhi. Dedicated to Lord Krishna and his consort Radha, ISKCON temple is a place of worship for devotees of Lord Krishna. The temple celebrates many festivals in a grand scale like Ramanavami, Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Gaura Purnima, Radhastami, Jagannath Rath Yatra and Nauka Vihar ( Boat Festival). Some of the main activities conducted by the temple includes Harinam Sankirtan, Food for Life, Youth Training Programs, Program for Prison Inmates, Seminars for Corporates etc.

  • Chandni Chowk

    Located at Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk is one of the oldest and busiest market area of Delhi. Built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and designed by his daughter Jahan Ara in the 17th century, Chandni Chowk literally means ‘moonlit square’. In the Mughal era, the market was famous for its silver merchandise and was visited by merchants from China, Turkey and even Holland. Presently, it has become a hotspot shopping destination for buying apparels, books, jewelleries, bridal lehengas/saris, electrical goods etc.

  • Gurudwara Bangla Sahib

    One of the prominent Sikh pilgrimage centers in Delhi, the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is located on Ashok Road with close proximity to the Connaught Place. The history of this gurudwara dates back to the 17th century, when it was the palace of Raja Jai Singh. It is said that in the year 1664, Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji, the eighth Sikh Guru came to visit the King and cured people who were contracted with smallpox and cholera epidemic by distributing them water from the tank. That water tank, used by the Guru, still exists today inside the gurudwara and is believed to possess medicinal properties. 

  • Jama Masjid

    Located in one of the oldest and busiest corners of Old Delhi, the Jama Masjid is the largest and best known mosque in India. Built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, its construction started in 1644 and completed in 1658. The masjid comprises a courtyard that can seat up to 25,000 devotees, three large gates, four towers and two 40 metres high minarets.
