sir good afternoon we have booked your hotel at march 7th to 12 th for corona virus by our request you have been extend to July 24 to July 30 in the name of pravin jain sir I want to know we don't want to come in July we are not ready for coming six to eight month so I request to change our dates if possible please tell us?

We ate 3 persons and booked single room with 3 occupency so what facility will be given in room? In terms of bed?
We have booked single room for two adults .Is guest entry free as it will be 3rd entry?
they allowed guest without any extra charge
I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults from 26 april to 1 may. Now i want to add extra bed.is it possible?
Rooms are not that big for extra bed accommodation, so kindly rethink the idea of extra bed, rather book another room, it will be more beneficial

services was good. but one bad thing I felt is they said wifi is there and gave password. but when connecting to wifi it's connected but unable to browse. when askin to reception they keep saying it's a problem we are looking into it.. I stayed for 2 night 3days. same problem.. it's bad one I felt. other than wifi issue, in reception everyone s friendly and u can access many tourist places near to you like walkin street in 10 TBH/per person. also Pattaya beach is so close walkable. room was clean and hifi. I booked curve room. breakfast was good it has all varieties of food. cheaper.. ;)

I gave them 9 out of 10,they are brilliant in every department ,staff is very good, breakfast excellent, location excellent , from now onwards whenever I go to Pattaya, I always choose citrus grand my first priority Thanks to All staff of citrus grand hotel and Go Ibibo from where I choose this hotel at very nominal price

room was ok , clean and good pool also nice but check in staff charge 600 THB from all guests even it's free and I make complaint and resolve , they doing wrong and mostly indian don't know and pay 600 Bhat for extra all will check it's free check in location and room size and bath tub

Very nice hotel and all staff are cooperative. They also allowed early check in without any question. Also we enjoyed breakfast and club services. I will recommend this hotel and will come again. Also very safe stay for Couple and family. Not much crowded and well maintained hotel.
