We had really a great time in Hotel Dorjeeling. Room was spacious enough with a great view. Bathroom was clean and well decorated with a nice bathtub. This hotel is situated in the main market. The behavior of the hotel staffs was very friendly and cooperative. Food was just ok, not up to the mark. Just one thing I didn't like is the stairs climbing up to the 3rd floor, it was too tough to reach our room. Otherwise I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

The main positive thing about this hotel is the staff behavior, simply superb. They all are very cooperative and well behaved person. The room is really big and well maintained. The bathroom is clean and spacious. I really loved the amazing view from hotel room. I stayed in the 3rd floor, and there was no elevator facility there, so it's a little negative thing for the hotel, otherwise I will recommend this place to all the travelers.

The rooms are not up to the mark. Very limited options in breakfast. Foods served were ROTTEN (egg curry served in dinner). Watermelon and butter served in breakfast had smell of onion. Bathrooms are not cleaned at all. Other room amenities like TV, Tables are backdated. Some of the service staffs are not cooperative.

Place was OK, staff was good they were polite and helpful. Hotel was on proper location, Rooms of the hotel was auspicious but only the thing is that there were two chairs in the hotel and one was broken.

Very miserable experience of staying. Though rooms are spacious maintenance is very poor. Sometimes foul smell from drainage felt in the room. Worthless arrangement.

Hotel was not comfortable and we had 3 nights stay in which Wi-FI didn't work for 2 nights. It was worst experience and food quality was absurd.
