Lemon Tree Hotel Udyog Vihar Gurugram

First things first; the location of the hotel is perfect as it's quite close from the airport and the hotel itself is easily accessible from the highway. About the rooms; the cleanliness, neatness and ambience of the rooms was good with all basic needs fulfilled. Only problem was, that double bed rooms were not easily available. The services of reception, housekeeping, laundry, repairs, maintenance, amenities, restaurant orders were excellent. Each and every staff member was prompt, responsive and warm. The reception staff went out of the way to help out for our requirements, right from the time of the booking upto the check out. Food was delivered to us promptly after midnight too. However, there could be slight improvement in the taste of the food delivered to the rooms, though. The restaurant buffet was very good, had a lot of variety and great taste. The restaurant staff was extremely helpful. Security staff was also available 24*7. Parking space was a little less if one is travelling in own vehicles. Overall it was an excellent experience, especially due to the hospitality, warmth and positivity of the staff of the hotel. Thank you very much, Lemon Tree. We checked in at different times and checked out at different times without any issues.

This is a typical business hotel with adequate service and amenities.In room dining is good - quality, quantity, and time. Room service/ Housekeeping could be a bit faster though.Special shoutout to Deepak at the check-in desk - he was extremely helpful and cordial in sorting out doubts and checking us in. Booked this without actually realizing this is a proper business hotel - which means most rooms are twin beds. We were able to get a double bed thanks to the check-in desk, but it's not really couple oriented.Overall good though. No issues anywhere.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit, and a big part of that was thanks to Pradeep Kumar at the front desk. He was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and efficient in handling the check-in process. His warm smile and helpful attitude made me feel instantly at ease. Pradeep was always ready to assist with any queries and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. He truly represents the hospitality that Lemon Tree is known for. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service. I had to reschedule my booking because of some unseen circumstances. On my one request the it was done without any extra charges. Even during the stay their house keeping, reception staff was excellent and service is at par. Rooms are descent with all the basic amenities. The food is great as well. Overall experience was very good.
