    Staff behavior, amenities and services were poor. Location was average. There was dining facility. There was no complimentary services.

    It's a basic hotel/hostel for solo travellers... Gen X hostel with neat rooms....family should avoid ..no basic facility like a charging point on room. International adapter for charger was not available...and was asked to buy an adapter..can you imagine that... room was nice but most lights were not working.. some were repaired after request.. the front desk staff was helpful specialy Ms.Hayat.. located right next to a Bangladeshi restaurant ..so some bit of food for Indian travellers...a few minutes away from the Roma Termini station..walkable around 7-10 minutes.. Neat rooms..

    In house restaurant was well maintained. Location was good. I think staff was available to cater all the things. The property facilitated both private as well as dormitory room. They have given access to the free WiFi facility.

    The hotel is situated near by the station. For the food, they served only breakfast and dinner. Staff was handling the services, but exactly I didn't remembered their names. Free WiFi/internet facility was added an advantage.
