First of all wrong direction on map,
Second, the receptionist didn't know english which took us more than 30min to assure them that i have a booking in their hotel.
Third, different room allotted at third floor with no elevator and there was no one to help carry the luggage.

Hey. I am sorry to tell you but the experience at this stay was not good at all. First of all there was sudden rush to new location as we arrived because of lack of rooms. However we managed. But at night, there were spiders and lizards in and around the room.
It was very inconvenient.
They didn’t even provide room.
