Excellent hotel.. Nice location good staff. gym was cool. Restaurant food was excellent. Near to all locations from the hotel. house keeping is good. Totally satisfied with this hotel. See u again.

Really nice hotel in a perfect location. Perfect to step onto the hustle and bustle of the streets. Rooms are as advertised and the air conditioning is a life saver. The staff are helpful at the front desk and booked our bus to HaLong bay straight away. Would recommend.

Great hotel friendly staff and excellent room with all facilities . The hotel can also book you trips to long bay and they even arranged my airport taxi. Definitely recommend this place. Also in a great location.
