Good simple hotel. Next to beach is plus point. Near to market and few Indian restaurants is an added advantage. Would recommend to anyone with limited budget.

Close to Tengah & Cenang beach, just few minutes walk. Place is very clean, greenery around & I must say a clean & well maintained swimming pool.You will be welcomed by courteous & warm smile. Helpful staff you can rely on for everything. Them may help you in getting taxi or local sightseeing trip if you ask for. Complimentary breakfast served by smiling young boy will start your perfect morning. calm & peaceful surrounding, a library with good no. of books.
So definitely best place to stay in Langkawi.

Property is very clean, green and beautiful...best part if the swimming pool.
Staff is very helpful and courteous.
Complimentary Breakfast is good, nothing outstanding about it though.
Access to the beach: 3-4 minutes walking (back of the hotel) to Tengah Beach. Cenang is 8-10 min walk form the road.
Staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful.
Rooms were too simple at the price.
Overall I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for peaceful stay in Langkawi.
