Pros - 1) This is location just in front of patong beach and just 700mtrs from the infamous bangla street. 2) Worth the money you pay to them. Lot of Indian food options along with pubs . 3) Central patong is nearby and you can take free shuttle to central phuket every hour. Cons - 1) They don't provide dental kit. one has to buy 2) No indian food option in breakfast 3) No almirah in the room just a shelf covered with curtain The room was good. We liked the pool. Specially we liked the location, so lively that we can anytime walk around and find people around in pubs and restaurants.

Wow..was my first word out, when I reached at The Royal Palm Beach. Located on just opposite of Beautiful Phuket Beach. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is courteous. The staff is very polite and arranged rooms for us on our early arrival. It's a perfect location for sightseeing and one can visit Bangla Road by walking only. For vacation purpose the hotel is very suitable due to location and other facilities. Now planning to stay for some more coming days. ***** 5 Stars From

its nice hotel, but you need to be very careful in the room, there are white bad sheets and pillow covers, so dont put your hand on bad sheet and your head on pillow. Reason: by any chance if there is any single stain on their bad sheet or cover or towel they ll charges you 150 bhat for pillow cover ortowel, and 500 bhat for bed sheet. as per their policy they are not dry clean their bed sheets covers. Every time they buy new. so be careful.

The Hotel has an excellent location..Right opposite Patong beach n next to Burger King..Staff was willing to help as there was a minor issue of checking in but resolved right at the moment and also I had an early flight and the Hotel staff willingly stepped forward in getting arrangement of 2 breakfast boxes packed for me..Very nice pool on the roof top and v.peaceful ..

This is a best place to stay at phuket, rite on the beach road, beach is visible from the restaurant, bar, buffet breakfast was perfect. Lift is the only necessory thing that should be put in the hotel to use. Friendly supportive staff, check inn, check out is smooth and hassel free. I recommend this hotel for families, couples, singles. Overall rating 4/5 Thank you

The hotel location is just opposite the Patong Beach. The hotel was really clean and efficient housekeeping. The staff was very cooperativge and they also took care to pack breakfast for our early morning flight. The breakfast was very good. Only problem is that most of the rooms do not have a window or balcony.

good location just opposite to paying beach,no lift in hotel but easy stairs,rooms are small but nice,for indians the indian restaurant tandoor just nearby opposite to hotel, restaurant staff does not respond well,all over good experience.

Everything was good at the hotel including the staff and services at the hotel.The location on the Beach itself.But the room was not that type which was shown.They did not have any balcony or beach view rooms in the Delux category.
