the staff there is very friendly n helpful. they upgraded my room to the new wing on request. the rooms were spacious n clean. the view from the room was good. the breakfast buffet was the best part. having breakfast looking at the ocean waves n enjoying the view was the cherry on the cake. overall a good experience. would recommend this hotel to others.

Travelled there for my honeymoon. One of the best places to stay in Kuta. Loved the place. covers a pretty big area and has two swimming pools and one of them opens up right up to the beach. The staff were very polite and helpful. We had lovely stay there. Totally recommended.

hotel allows you one complimentary ticket but he takes 50-60 pics and then starts asking for money. Do not get scammed by the photographer because of that one complimentary photo. He starts showing rude behavior upon asking for complimentary photo.

The Location is Superb. One of the Three Swimming Pools is Just opposite to the Kuta beach. Breakfast was also nice. Hotel Staff were very Cooperative. I strongly recommend this hotel If you want to stay in Kuta area.
