I want to address this incident about the Hotel 97 Inn Mumbai. Before booking I personally called the hotel and asked that is it ok if I check-in at 4 PM so said it was okay I could check in anytime but check-out timings are fixed and then I booked the hotel. When I reached at hotel so they said all the rooms were sold. Then I asked what to do next so they gave me another room which was very pathetic and small. After calling they said they will cancel my booking and the amount would be refunded and I went to search for another hotel in the same area. When I came back to get my luggage from there they said we are arranging another room but again the room was not up to the mark. Very bad experience with this hotel.
