Aachman Riviera | A Riverside Hotel

We stayed at Aachman Riviera, Dharamshala for 3 nights with family. The best parts of our stay were the peaceful riverside location—where we enjoyed the flowing stream behind the hotel—and the delicious food, all thanks to the talented chef. However, the service left a lot to be desired. While one or two staff members were polite, the rest lacked warmth, and the front desk staff in particular were unprofessional, impolite, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. When we requested a discount on our food bill (~15K), which is a fair and common customer ask, the response was rude and dismissive—as if we were wrong to even ask. The management or owner should seriously take this into consideration. The front desk staff, supervisor, and manager-level people urgently need proper training in customer service. The hotel industry thrives on courtesy and professionalism—not arrogance. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the setting was beautiful, but the service needs a major overhaul to truly deliver a welcoming guest experience.

2 hour waiting in room service in which they are saying don't ask for room service I have booked with breakfast but The breakfast items were cold and tasteless they was of talking is also not gud they even don't know how to talk with guest very bad management very bad experience

Amazing hotel...vry nice staff..we enjoyed our stay alot.. location is awesome..free from the hustle and bustle of the city..we extended our stay by one more day as we enjoyed the services... food was also amazing...luv to visit again👍👌😊

I stayed with my family. Food was very good . Staff is very nice. Rooms are very spacious neat & clean. Specially front office staff and housekeeping staff is very nice. I recommand to my friends. Must visit
