Experience was worst. There were no lift at all which we were completely unaware about. We have parents with us who can not climb stairs at all, still we requested them to arrange 1 room on 1St floor atleast but thats also not possible for them. We just ask to see the room before making final decision on cancellation and was shocked 1 room has no wash basin at all. It was broken and lying on foor. We left no choice but to cancel the booking and forced to look out for another property at 12:30 am at night as we were checking in late. Requesting you for full refund of this room please

hotel ke room ठीक-ठाक hai parantu isase jyada sthiti mein yah room ठीक-ठाक nahin aur amnitis man ke pass mein khane ke liye hotel mein itni acchi vyavastha nahin ki hai
