Wellness is just in the property name, not in the property. There isnt a basic swimming pool either. Guest's wellbeing and comfort is the least they care about, all that front office desk staff want is to listen to them. Management should seriously consider engaging hospitality industry expert and not just having a rude welcoming staff with uniform. Welcome desk staff seem dont understand the purpose of being at welcome desk. no information about the property is provided unless asked for. Guests are welcome with 500ml packaged drinking water on arrival, if asked for; Dental kit, if asked for, Shower kit, if asked for, Grooming kit, if asked for, its terribly horrible experience with such pathetic staff. Food and Beverage with limited options is good although. They have only EIGHT open parking (4w) for the whole property. Plants on pathway is what they call as garden. A NO-NO for sure. there are other excellent properties near by, try those. The large garden listed in the amenities can be seen on the photo added herein

Property: The only positive 6 kms from temple but good property. Staff: Rude, unprofessional mostly kids who no idea of customer service. Receptionist the less said the better has no idea how to handle customers of this property size . There is no management to monitor and mentor them, didn't see even one of them around. Rooms: Had booked Quadrapule for 4 , it was absolutely stuffy . The fan kept making noise and no one to fix it. Power keeps tripping every 5 minutes. Dining and Food : Breakfast was pathetic for the cost. North dishes average. Dining hall is swamped with mosquitoes and we had to keep waving our hands to keep them away from the plates and food. My younger kid got Dengue the evening we left this place and we suspect this is where it started. Post ordering they lose track of food ordered and come back and ask while the first order itself would not have been served. For the price they charge absolutely not worth it. There are much better places around.

Stay was good, the place is on the way to Kumke Subramanya from Dharmasthala. It's about 7km from tempe It's very clean, beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. Food was pretty good The staff are very friendly and you have ample spaces for car parking

pretty average . not worth the price . no proper bedding and cleanliness. even the service is slow. food taste is average . They claim they are wellness centre but not so professional.
