I booked premium deluxe room but they given me twin bed.they joined the bed I can't feel comfortable it will feel discomfort and air conditioners is can't get cooling I check in afternoon 1.00 pm that time switch on the air conditioner it will in 17°C it won't get cooling till check out..I check out in 5.40 I am not satisfied in this room booking they can't give me queen size bed.they give me twin bed.that staff combined the bed I feel like uncomfortable

THE STAY WAS GOOD. BUT THEY NEED TO IMPROVE MORE. STAFF BEHAVIOR WAS NOT SO GOOD. THE CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10.AM THEY HAVE TO CHANGE IT TO ATLEAST 11AM THE HOTEL WAS NOT CLEAN. BEDSHEETS AND BATH TOWELS WERE NOT WASHED PROPERLY. BATHROOM WAS TOO SMALL.I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS AS A PREMIUM ROOM.

Extremely unfriendly receptionist! Room feels like jail with all 3 sides covered but building! Hell they won't even let swiggy deliver your order. They have an amazing terrace but the irritating receptionist won't even let you chill there! Save yourself and avoid this place at any cost
