I had booked the Hotel from Goibibo and had received the confirmation as well but on reaching the hotel the hotel management started saying there is no confirmation and we can't give accommodation and after some argument the management agreed to give normal Deluxe room but i had booked for Suite A/C room. After lot of argument the management provided me the Suite Room. The hotel doesn't have basic amenities like Lift, People need to climb all the floors. it will be very tough for aged people and families with kids to climb the 3-4 floors. Food is also an Issue where they will prepare on order basis i had requested for Dinner around 8:30pm and they said its completed and there was no prior information of it as well. It will be very tough for the people without vehicle to stay in this hotel as there are no restaurants near by and temple is around 2-3 kms from this hotel. The Wifi doesn't connect it works only at reception. I won't suggest this hotel to for Families and Aged people.

Very nice location only 1.5 KM from Mutt and on the bank of river which was visible from our balcony. Good veg. food but had to order in advance. Testy breakfast but spread was small . Very helpful and alleyways smiling staff Value for money. Need to improve on maintenance and cleanliness of the property.

Very bad service. There was no hot water in the morning at 6am when we want to have bath and go to temple. No coffee or breakfast.. Even though I heard it is compliment. No value for money..***** The stay was completely pathetic.. I want to arrange call and want my money to be returned.

It's the only hotel available at this place, rest all are guest house. The rooms very good and clean. Breakfast and coffee was good. The breakfast was included part of room charge. Worth for money. Would prefer to stay again for my next visit

Bad and smelly room. The bed covers were not washed. Had to get my room changed. The second room was also not great. Spider webs everywhere bathrooms were not maintained at all. Do not chose the hotel even if they are giving free of cost.

I stayed in six bed River view A/C room. The river view is good. Room maintenance is good. I had complimentary breakfast. The taste of the food is very good. All my family members are also very much happy with this Hotel.

Absolutely no value for money. does not have any amenities except very slow wifi and open ****** parking. dusty and unhygienic rooms and bedding. Looks like intercom/ telephone was not cleaned since its installation!!...

The hotel is unfortunately terrible. The sheets were very dirty and we had to request them to be changed. The room has termites. The floors are full of cob webs. Definitely not recommended.

absolutely hopeless place to stay. Broken washroom, room with lizards and insects. Room filled with dust and furnitures in a very bad state. T.V not working and no hot water facility

the service is good..but it's not value for the money paid..Wi-Fi is very slow..power back-up is not that good..power came almost after 10mins after an outage..

I stayed in this hotel on 22032016. it is too far from Temple. we can get lot of hotels nearby Temple. no lift. food is also not good. very bad indeed.
