Agariya Haveli near Pichola Lake, Udaipur

Construction was going on. Entrance to the hotel was very congested causing lift work was under construction. Digging work was going on alongside the stairs so that anyone can slip into it. It was very risky to everyone who use stairs to enter the hotel.Along with it, Hotel staff was not responsive. They argue with each other when any guest asks for something to provide. They keep asking each other to do so for guests in front of guests. It was faced by us so mentioning. Room was not prepared for guest before check-in. Room was very small, smelling badly, bedsheets, pillow covers & curtains were very dirty. No Free drinking water provided, So had to purchase water, No Towel(on requests), Soap(On requests), Glasses(On requests & were dirty). Room was so small that even only chair can't be fitted properly where the property pictures uploaded says something else. Showing neat and clean rooms, clean beds, proper room sizes, classic and heritage ambience etc. but in reality everything was just opposite. So felt very disappointed.

WORST Hotel in Udaipur. Tv in my room was not working but despite repeatedly asking them to recharge the TV, they didn’t do it. Worst and UNCOOPERATIVE staff. Room was dirty and smelly. Inspite of asking for the AC remote they didn’t give the remote for 7-8 hours and the AC was on 17 degrees which was too cold. Expensive food and NOT WORTH AT ALL. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I would have given 0 starts. Ruined my travel experience. Landline was not working. No toiletries provided until asked them and that too worst quality.

My plan for udaipur was for 2 night and this guys @ Agariya haveli specially the owner Mr. Deepesh helped me a lot in my entire stay from where to start the journey to where to end . I never had such good experience with any hotel . Staff was really kind . Thank you Agariya haveli for making my stay great and memorable. I would highly recommend every one this hotel

there are most of the facilities, a good hotel can have but they lack maintenance okay. they have a resto bar on the top. Pure veg food not available in the hotel aslo in the near by area. you have to travel atleast 3-4 km for the same. also the hotel person was not very prompt in service
