I reached the hotel at 4 am as my train was late and the gate of hotel was closed , no doorbell no contact number was written there , I had to wait there half an hour with my family just to enter the so called hotel bad experience

It was a good experience. It was in a good and easily accessible area. The staff was also fine and cooperative. It was a secure place to stay. Rooms were comfortable. Overall 4/5 for the stay.

No issue with the location it was good and convenient to reach. The staff was very much cooperative. It was secure to stay. Rooms were nice. But we had face some water issue there. Otherwise, the stay was good.

What a chaos in there. Mainly i would mention some things which will draw your attention rapidly. 1. We got the commode full of poop. It was completely uncleaned. 2. This is their washvessel which has a small piece of ghadi batti. 3. Broken bucket all mess, disrupted set top box. 4. What an uncleaned cup board. 5. There's a big hole in the gate where mice and insects can get in from. Well this is not acceptable we may have food on the floor .. we are staying here since 14 mar and today we came to know about this. And the person said we are dropping a mice catcher by. It will help you. What a pathetic help. 6. The guy who sits in the morning shift as manager is a wrack. He is completely arrogant person. Shouts. Tries to call again and again just to satisfy his own terms.
