Akoya Business Hotel Whitefield

i rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at akoya hotel was so unpleasant that i feel compelled to warn others. from the moment i arrived, the service was indifferent at best and downright unprofessional at worst. staff seemed uninterested and untrained, and any requests were either ignored or met with eye-rolls and attitude. the room was a disaster. it was far from clean – dusty surfaces, and a musty smell that clearly hadn’t been addressed in a long time. basic amenities were missing, and despite repeated requests, no one seemed bothered to fix anything. the wi-fi barely worked breakfast another pathetic thing as they don’t have enough items and most of the pots are empty(did not prepare anything) no eggs when i asked they said we are running out of stock etc. provide cut fruits only for one day and that too rotten and i asked them to remove it. when asked iron box they are lazy and saying guest no iron box available and later i came to know it’s available but they are lazy. the worst part? the hotel charges premium prices for what is essentially budget-level service and comfort. it felt like a scam from start to finish. do yourself a favor and avoid this place. there are far better options for the same (or even lower) price elsewhere. akoya hotel was a complete letdown

We visited akoya for a business meeting in Bangalore. It was a short trip, not much to come out of it. Offcourze there wasnt any references to the place. We too went in looking at the reviews, a pretty decent and affordable rooms. They come with an indoor balcony. Although you cant really see much on the outside. It is located inside a neighbourhood area, like a colony i guess. There are other multiple hotels/stays in the same area. There is immense privacy and good security at the area, since it's a locality. Situated at the heart of whitefield and ample of places to visit near by. We loved our stay and we'd definitely visit again and again. Thank you.

We booked akoya through goibibo, obviously had no clue what to expect. It's situated inside a locality which overviews the mainroad of whitefield. Although the location is in an entire neighbourhood, they are extremely well maintained and they have a good staff. The rooms are clean and the A/C works. 🙏 apart from that, we didnt really order room service so cant say about the food. They do have balcony for each room. And i think they do have snacks and cool drinks with a miniature fridge. Offcourse it's payable but the prices are reasonable. So go crazy. It was a good experience and will definitely come back.

We are regular visitors to akoya. The staff is kind and the rooms and comfortable and well maintained. There is room service, but offcourse we could order in from the outside. The location is mostly in an indoor neighbourhood, so it's kind of right in the middle of the city. But the prices are affordable for short stays within the city. I think each room has a cosy balcony. There is no actual view from the balcony though, just buildings.
