As we reached hotel it was raining.... we checked in 7:30 pm approx... firstly they said evertjing is available then firstly there was no AC remote and TV remote... afterthat when they provide us remote then till 9:30 tv and Ac was not working in any room.... then from 10:00 pm night and now is 4:51 Am morning no electricity in hotel and they are saying our generator is not working....i am going to add a pic so u can see not even fan is not working... i am traveling from last 8 yrs till then this is my worst hotel experience and i am shocked such rubbish hotel...

the time at hotel all is well, shahjahanpur, up was very bad . the counter staff said he didn't receive any booking of mine. on being told he said anyways we don't have any vacant roomafter that he told wait till after 2 pm and then if room gets vacated he'll try to get it cleaned . the restaurant in all is well where we went to wait tell 3 pm served only alu paratha which were almost unedible and rubbery. it was a horrible experience.

Good stay but they turn off the ac in the morning every timeAlso, no wifi password was provided even upon asking...The tv had no colors only black and white picture in every channel

very bad hotel......ac bhi bahut slow tha, remote bhi nhi diya.. room change krne ka bola to deny kr diya...

the rooms were mot clean and the bathroom was also not clean..... the toilet seat had stains in it.....
