at the time of booking , the customer is confused between non ac and ac room as they mention their non ac room as an air-cooled room, which was confused to many customers, including me so stay was not good. we were forced to take cooler fitted room as ac room.

hotal is absolutely unfurnished..service is poor..parking space not available..worst experience...not recommanding to stay in amar palace..i planned for two days but on next day stay booked other hotal**

Very bad services, no electricity, no power backup... AC rooms are only for demonstration but not cooling rooms, ..highly unsatisfied with the hotel and services
