They tried to give me deluxe room instead of executive room which I booked. They said it is executive room, but when i told them it's not they gave me the actual executive room. Its very bad. Second no 20% Discount on breakfast/continental food. They say they don't provide any discount which is mentioned in Goibibo. Cold drinks (Steel Can)sold almost double the MRP.Rooms are good but these types of professional ethics are not.

The hotel overall is decent but down to details is not kept well , the shower head was broken , the kettle still had boiled rice stuck to it. there were missing cutlery from the room , NO WIFI! you had to ask for room service constantly to get things right , had to change my room because the telephone in the first room was missing an entire telephone cord

The rooms were clean. The toilet was in good condition. it could have been better in terms of cleanliness. The staff's behaviour was professional, friendly,and polite. Food was okay okay. we felt rice was not properly cooked. overall it was great stay👍 safety, staff's behaviour.

Pathetic condition of room. Completely unhygine room. Towel un hygiene. Fatte hui blanket amd towel. And the disaster is room was full with mosquitos . I called them again and again in night they did not provide me all out . Highly recommend ro everyone dont waste you money on it

Overall stay was OK kind. Location is good. Parking is an issue as vehicles are parked in front of hotel on road side. U need to carry your own paste, shampoo etc. as same are not provided. No daily cleaning of room or change of bed sheets etc.

Location place is good but hygiene needs to be improved. Morning staff at reception is rude. Only best thing is Sukoon sky lounge. Basic amenities needs to be improved. Washroom was not clean. Door lock was also not working.

room was clean and beautiful .room service was good .i didn't find any issue with service. washroom was liitle bit smelly . sky launge is not for family . u will find drunkers there . thena resturant is very beautiful .

The room was not clean and no essentials such as towel , toilet paper were kept. A lot of noise was all around and even waterbottle was not complementary.
