Staff was quite helpful and cooperative... however there should be more cleanliness in the hotel... also AC tonnage should be increased in the rooms as rooms are quite spacious however AC were not able to cool the rooms properly because of high temperature in ayodhya as well as small AC as compared to room size

Hotel Location is closed by to Shri Ram Lala temple about 2.5km. It's a 2yr old property and staff are courteous enough to take care of all raised concerns. Offered fresh food in restaurant & serves well too. Room was quiet spacious n comfortable enough!

staying experience was very bad, owner rude behaviour really was not expected. ac was out of working. cleaning and hygiene was not seen at all. no coffee , tea available in room, even no water as complimentary. dirty washroom with water leakage

Overall pleasant stay,decent location,restaurant serves good food ,newly built so rooms were decent. Need to improve on the speed of service and quality of toiletries provided considering the price charged per day. Food and friendly staffs

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean and food was great. The hotel management also helped us to celebrate our Anniversary. They even decorated for us. We had a wonderful experience staying in Anamika Palace. Highly Recommend.

Never recommend this hotel to anyone.Actually they modified their home in to kind of guest house however could not learn the hospitality skills.Not a single thing is good in this price range which I can mention hear for them.

1. Parking space available 2.public transport like auto available at all time. 3.they provided customised vegetarian food with less chilli. the cost of fixed thali should be around 200. overall good food.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.

it’s not worth staying , breakfast was not ready till 8/45 am, even tea is not served before 8/45 am . so we 5 persons didn’t have breakfast. staff is very rude and rooms r bad smelly

Hotel is good nice service but restaurant close early and not provide extra bed sheet Restaurant in a street , e riksha and electric ac bus available easily Milk for kids available

It was a great experience. The hotel staff were really good and supportive. They were kind enough to arrange food during odd hours and had been very helpful throughout the stay.

Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean.
