Overall stay experience was not good. The behaviour of hotel staff was not upto the mark. There was no proper welcome on arrival as the counter staff was not aware of the booking. The room was also not good....towel was not provided., pillows were very hard , lot of noise was coming from the nearby highway, couldn't sleep properly. In the night till morning 6 am no one was available to answer the room service phone. We had to check out early but there was no to help the check out formalities.

Good property, situated on main highway but outside Khalilabad. Basically it is a property mainly for marriage. Good AC Rooms with nice bed n side stool but without other furniture n hot water Hospitality is good. Overall it is value for money n can be recommended to others.

Anand Hotel is very good and its best managers and their entire team The food here is very good and once you call it, they immediately come to the room and immediately reach the room as needed. These hotels are very good We liked the hotel 100%

Worst property ever, its same as a highway dhaba room. Insects all over the room and bathroom. Dirty linen and paint. The staff is even rude can even abuse if you complaint about the rooms. Never even think of trying.

No TV in many rooms no Wi-Fi hotel is based for marriage party..hotel staff is very gentle.. food is very tasty..but if you want to eat food then you ordered 45 minutes before because fooding service is very late...
